Amends Ohio Revised Code sections 2923.25 and 5502.63 to require federally licensed firearms dealers to provide suicide prevention information to firearm purchasers.

Requires the Division of Criminal Justice Services to prepare a poster and brochure describing safe firearms practices and another brochure describing the relationship between suicide and firearm ownership, including in-state suicide prevention resources.

Mandates that all federally licensed firearms dealers post the suicide prevention poster in a conspicuous location and make the brochures available to all firearm purchasers.

Specifies that posters and brochures must contain typeface at least one-quarter inch tall and that the division must furnish copies free of charge to each federally licensed firearms dealer in Ohio.

Also includes requirements for dealers to create and distribute a human trafficking resource center hotline poster at various establishments including truck stops, hotels, hospitals, and sports venues.
