Prohibits use of PFAS-containing class B firefighting foam for testing purposes unless the testing facility has implemented appropriate containment, treatment, and disposal measures to prevent environmental releases

Does not restrict manufacture, sale, or distribution of PFAS-containing class B firefighting foam or its use in actual emergency firefighting and fire prevention operations

Allows use of PFAS-free training foam as an alternative during firefighting operations training

Defines class B firefighting foam as foam designed to extinguish flammable liquid fires and PFAS chemicals as fluorinated organic chemicals containing at least one fully fluorinated carbon atom
