Amends Ohio Revised Code section 3517.10 to require campaign committees, political action committees, legislative campaign funds, political parties, and political contributing entities to file a notarized signature of the appointed treasurer acknowledging the appointment when designating a treasurer

The notarized signature must be included with the form filed with the Secretary of State or appropriate official when appointing a campaign treasurer prior to receiving contributions or making expenditures

Applies the requirement to both the current version of section 3517.10 and the version scheduled to take effect January 1, 2021, ensuring continuity of the provision

Does not modify other campaign finance reporting requirements, contribution limits, or existing treasurer responsibilities under Ohio election law

Becomes effective upon enactment to establish this additional verification requirement for campaign finance accountability
