Amended Substitute House Bill 339 - Insurance Code Correction Act

• Amends 65 sections of the Ohio Revised Code related to insurance laws to make technical, corrective, and nonsubstantive changes

• Designates 10 specific sections (167.03, 1317.04, 1317.05, 3905.85, 3905.87, 3907.15, 3915.13, 3951.06, 4505.11, and 4509.70) as containing substantive changes to insurance law

• Declares that all other amended sections shall be construed as restatements and corrections of existing law without making substantive changes

• Includes corrections to sections governing health insuring corporations, retail installment sales, pharmacy audits, life insurance policies, motor vehicle title procedures, and automobile liability insurance

• Repeals existing versions of all 65 amended sections and replaces them with corrected versions
