Requires water bottle filling stations and drinking fountains in public school classroom facilities approved by the Ohio facilities construction commission, with a minimum of two filling stations per building.

Mandates at least one drinking fountain or water bottle filling station on each floor and wing of school buildings, plus one additional station for every 100 projected students.

Requires school district boards and governing bodies to regularly clean and maintain all installed drinking fountains and water bottle filling stations.

Establishes requirements for battery-charged fences on private nonresidential properties, including a maximum 12-volt direct current battery, monitoring by an alarm system, and conspicuous warning signs posted at 40-foot intervals.

Allows counties, townships, and municipal corporations to adopt ordinances regulating battery-charged fences that do not conflict with state standards, and exempts railroad fences, zoo/aquarium fences, and government-installed fences from these requirements.
