OH HB371

Expands the "Forever Buckeye" program to grant in-state college tuition to individuals who receive a certificate of high school equivalence while residing in Ohio.

Qualifies individuals who officially withdrew from an Ohio school while a state resident, did not receive a high school diploma, and took and passed a high school equivalency test while a state resident.

Defines "certificate of high school equivalence" as a certificate awarded by the Ohio Department of Education or the equivalent certificate awarded by the state board of education under former law.

Requires individuals to enroll in an Ohio institution of higher education and establish domicile in the state to qualify for in-state tuition status.

Amends section 3333.31 of the Revised Code and repeals the existing version of that section.
