Enacts section 5534.828 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of Interstate Route 76 in Portage County as the "CPL Benjamin C. Dillon Memorial Highway"

Applies to both eastbound and westbound lanes of Interstate Route 76 between mile marker 44 and mile marker 45 in Portage County only

Authorizes the director of transportation to erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its designated name
