Enacts section 3902.50 of the Revised Code to regulate cost-sharing for prescription insulin drugs in Ohio health benefit plans.

Defines "cost-sharing" to include copayments, coinsurance, deductibles, coverage limits, and other out-of-pocket expenses for covered persons under health benefit plans.

Prohibits health plan issuers from requiring cost-sharing exceeding $100 per 30-day supply for any covered prescription insulin drug used to treat diabetes.

Cap applies regardless of the amount or type of insulin needed to fill a covered person's prescription.
