Establishes the governor's office of workforce transformation as a liaison between businesses and education agencies regarding industry-recognized credentials and certificate programs.

Allows the office to accept inquiries from the business community about approved credentials under section 3313.6113, certificate programs in the higher education inventory under section 3333.94, and other credential programs needed to meet workforce needs.

Directs the office to request information from the Department of Education or the Chancellor of Higher Education based on business inquiries about existing or proposed credentials and certificates.

Requires the office to convene reviews of existing or proposed credential or certificate programs in collaboration with the Department of Education, Chancellor of Higher Education, and regional education providers, then submit findings to the requesting business.

Preserves existing responsibilities of the committee established under section 3313.6113 and the Chancellor's responsibilities under section 3333.94.
