• Enacts section 3901.80 of the Revised Code to prohibit insurers from discriminating against living organ donors in life insurance, disability insurance, and long-term care insurance policies.

• Defines "living organ donor" as a living person who donates an organ to another living person.

• Prohibits insurers from denying, issuing at different prices, or imposing different conditions on insurance policies based solely on an applicant's status as a living organ donor, unless there are additional actuarial risks.

• Classifies violations as unfair and deceptive practices under existing insurance law (section 3901.21 of the Revised Code).

• Authorizes the superintendent of insurance to adopt rules necessary to implement the requirements of this section.
