Creates a new "Ohio Sons of the American Legion" specialty license plate available to Ohio motor vehicle owners for passenger cars, noncommercial vehicles, and recreational vehicles.

Drivers registering for this license plate pay a $10 contribution to the license plate contribution fund and a $10 administrative fee to the public safety-highway purposes fund.

The $10 contribution collected from each registration and renewal is deposited into the existing license plate contribution fund and paid to the Ohio Sons of the American Legion to support the organization's activities.

Amends section 4501.21 to add section 4503.581 to the list of license plate types whose contributions are collected in the license plate contribution fund and specifies how those contributions are distributed.

The license plates display county identification stickers and an appropriate logo and words selected by Ohio Sons of the American Legion representatives and approved by the motor vehicle registrar.
