Creates "John F. Kennedy Catholic School" license plates for vehicle owners in Ohio to display on their vehicles.

Requires a $20 contribution per registration and renewal that goes to the license plate contribution fund, plus a $10 administrative fee to compensate the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.

Specifies that John F. Kennedy Catholic School, located in Warren, shall not use contributions received for any political purpose.

Amends section 4501.21 to add section 4503.957 to the Revised Code governing the new license plate program and establishes distribution procedures for contributions collected.

Allows applications to be combined with requests for special reserved license plates and requires standard vehicle registration compliance and payment of regular license taxes.
