Enact new section 2907.251 to prohibit knowingly receiving or acquiring money or anything of value from a prostitute earned through sexual activity for hire.

Classify violation of the prohibition as a felony of the third degree, or a felony of the second degree if the prostitute is under eighteen years of age.

Amend section 2923.31 to add the new offense of receiving proceeds of prostitution (section 2907.251) to the list of conduct constituting "corrupt activity" for RICO-related prosecutions.

Define "sexual activity for hire" by reference to existing section 2907.24 of the Revised Code.
