Establishes regulatory framework for hospice transport vehicles operated by licensed hospice care programs, including permit and licensing requirements through the state board of emergency medical, fire, and transportation services.

Defines "hospice care program," "hospice patient," and "hospice transport vehicle" in Ohio law to create a separate category of medical transport distinct from emergency and non-emergency ambulance services.

Requires hospice care programs to meet equipment, communication, staffing, and insurance requirements (minimum $500,000 liability coverage) comparable to other medical transportation organizations.

Adds hospice transport vehicle permits, licenses, and inspections to the state board's regulatory authority and fee schedule, with permit fees not exceeding $100 and license fees not exceeding $100.

Modifies reporting requirements and suspension/revocation procedures to include hospice transport services alongside existing emergency and non-emergency medical transportation services.
