• Allows Ohio's official state motto to be displayed alongside any state seal, including seals for courts, state officers, and agencies.

• Amends sections 5.10 and 5.101 of the Revised Code to add language permitting motto display with all seals described in those sections.

• Maintains all existing requirements for seal design, size, and composition while adding the optional motto provision.

• Applies to both newly acquired seals (on or after March 1, 2003) and previously authorized seals.
