Requires baseball stadiums used for major or minor league games to install protective netting along both the left and right field infield walls from the end of the dugout to the foul poles

Netting mesh size must meet standards adopted by major league baseball

Netting height shall extend from the top of the infield wall to a point equal to the height of the top row of seats in each protected seating section, with height varying by section to match existing seating configuration

Netting may be designed to be temporarily removed or lowered but must be in place during all major and minor league baseball games

Installation deadline is April 1, 2021
