Allows an eligible child (under 22 years old whose parents reside in different school districts as of the first day of school) to continue attending their original school district for the remainder of the school year after relocating to another district to live with their other parent or legal custodian.

Child must have been enrolled in the original school district on the first day of the current school year to be eligible for this provision.

Child may continue attending the same school to which they were assigned on the first day of the school year.

Provision applies only for the balance of the school year in which the relocation occurs.

Amends section 3313.64 of the Revised Code regarding school district admission requirements.
