Requires the Chancellor of Higher Education to create and distribute informational materials about federal public service and teacher loan forgiveness programs to public service organizations.

Materials must be published on the higher education department website, updated every two years, and include a notification letter, fact sheet, frequently asked questions, and any relevant federal agency documents.

Public service organizations must post the fact sheet in a conspicuous location on their premises and provide informational materials to employees within two weeks of their start date.

Public service organizations must provide employment certification forms to employees upon request, which are used by the federal Department of Education to certify employment for loan forgiveness eligibility.
