Creates "Fallen Timbers Battlefield" license plates in Ohio for passenger cars, noncommercial motor vehicles, and recreational vehicles with a logo and words approved by the fallen timbers battlefield preservation commission.

Requires a $20 contribution per registration and renewal that goes to the license plate contribution fund, plus a $10 administrative fee for the bureau of motor vehicles.

Amends section 4501.21 to add the new license plate contribution (section 4503.714) to the existing list of special license plate programs that fund various charities and organizations.

Directs all contributions from the "Fallen Timbers Battlefield" license plates to the fallen timbers battlefield preservation commission to further its mission.

License plates must display county identification stickers as required and comply with standard vehicle registration laws and fees.
