Permits township police officers in townships with populations between 5,000 and 50,000 to enforce traffic offenses on interstate highways within their township if authorized by the township board of trustees.

Requires three conditions for enforcement authority: the highway must be part of the interstate system, located within the township, and have a permanent public access point located within the township.

Allows township boards of trustees to adopt and rescind resolutions authorizing this enforcement power, giving them discretion over when to grant or revoke the authority.

Specifies that access points available when the law takes effect remain available even if the territory where they are located is subsequently annexed by a municipal corporation.

Amends sections 4513.35 and 4513.39 of the Revised Code regarding fine distribution and arrest authority on state highways.
