Amends section 4501.21 and enacts section 4503.596 of the Revised Code to establish a new "Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad" license plate program.

Vehicle owners may apply for the special license plates with a $15 contribution per registration/renewal that goes to the license plate contribution fund.

An additional $10 administrative fee is charged to compensate the Bureau of Motor Vehicles for services related to issuing these plates.

The license plates display a logo and words approved by the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad representatives, along with standard county identification stickers.

Contributions collected are deposited into the state's license plate contribution fund and distributed annually to designated charitable organizations and entities as specified in section 4501.21.
