Amends definitions of "plug-in electric motor vehicle" and "hybrid motor vehicle" in Ohio Revised Code sections 4501.01 and 4503.10.

Reduces additional registration fees for plug-in electric motor vehicles from $200 to $100 per application.

Reduces additional registration fees for hybrid motor vehicles from $150 to $75 per application.

Fees apply starting January 1, 2020 and are distributed to the state treasurer for environmental purposes under section 5735.051 of the Revised Code.
