Amends Ohio Revised Code sections 1533.02 and 1533.111 to permit year-round hunting and trapping of coyotes without any closed season.

Eliminates the requirement to obtain a fur taker permit for hunting or trapping coyotes; coyotes may be taken year-round by any person.

Provides that the chief of the division of wildlife cannot adopt any rule prohibiting the year-round taking and possession of coyotes.

Maintains all other existing hunting and trapping regulations for other wildlife species, including game birds, game quadrupeds, fish, and fur-bearing animals.
