Enacts section 3701.62 of the Revised Code to allow pregnant minors to independently consent to prenatal care, delivery care, and post-delivery recovery care without parental or guardian approval.

Permits pregnant minors to consent to family planning services as part of authorized health care, with consent valid and not subject to disaffirmance due to minority status.

Requires health care providers to request permission from the minor at initial prenatal visits to contact parents, guardians, or other caregivers for additional medical information, while prohibiting disclosure of the minor's medical history.

Exempts parents, guardians, and caregivers from liability for costs of treatment or services provided to the pregnant minor or her unborn child under this section.

Preserves existing requirements under section 2151.421 of the Revised Code for mandatory reporting of known or suspected child abuse, neglect, or threats thereof.
