Amends Ohio child abuse and neglect reporting requirements to require public children services agencies to notify appropriate military authorities when investigating reports involving military parents, guardians, or custodians.

Agencies must determine as soon as practicable whether a child subject to an abuse or neglect investigation has a parent, guardian, or custodian in the armed forces and notify the appropriate armed force service in accordance with that service's memorandum of understanding.

Authorizes public children services agencies to disclose confidential investigation information to military authorities and other federal, state, or local government entities that need the information to protect children from abuse or neglect.

Defines "armed forces" using the federal definition in 10 U.S.C. 101 and requires military authorities receiving disclosed information to maintain its confidentiality.
