• Amends Ohio Revised Code section 4123.68 to add COVID-19 as an occupational disease under the Workers' Compensation Law

• Creates a presumption that COVID-19 contracted by an employee required to work outside their home during the COVID-19 emergency (Executive Order 2020-01D, issued March 9, 2020) arose from employment, rebuttable by affirmative evidence

• Applies only to claims filed during the declared emergency period and the 14-day period after the emergency ends

• Declares the act an emergency measure effective immediately to protect public health during the COVID-19 outbreak
