Amends Ohio Workers' Compensation Law to classify COVID-19 as an occupational disease for employees of retail food establishments and food processing establishments contracted during the emergency declared by Executive Order 2020-01D (March 9, 2020).

Creates a rebuttable presumption that COVID-19 contracted by eligible employees during the emergency period was acquired in the course of and arising out of their employment.

Applies only to claims arising during the period of the emergency declared by Executive Order 2020-01D, issued on March 9, 2020.

Covers employees of retail food establishments as defined in section 3717.01 of the Revised Code and food processing establishments as defined in section 3715.021 of the Revised Code.

Declares the act an emergency measure with immediate effect to address urgent needs arising from the COVID-19 outbreak.
