Creates the Gender Pay Disparity Task Force to determine the extent of pay disparity between men and women in Ohio and identify causes of such disparity.

Task Force shall develop recommendations for legislative action to decrease gender pay disparity and issue a report within six months of the effective date to the Governor, President of the Senate, and Speaker of the House.

Task Force consists of seven members: two House members (appointed by Speaker and Minority Leader), two Senate members (appointed by President and Minority Leader), one labor law attorney, one business representative, and one representative of Ohio women's organizations (last three appointed by Governor).

Requires at least four Task Force members to be women and specifies members serve without compensation with support provided by Legislative Service Commission staff.

Task Force shall cease to exist upon issuance of the final report; members must be appointed within 30 days and initial meeting held within 30 days after last appointment.
