Mandates data be organized by state and county levels, age, race, and sex, and distinguish between laboratory-confirmed cases and presumed cases based on clinical observation.

Requires the department to update compiled information every 24 hours when circumstances allow during the emergency period, with discretionary updates after the emergency ends.

Specifies all information must be published in a downloadable format in a single location on the department's website, with paper copies available upon request for a minimal copying fee.
