Director of Agriculture shall establish a grant program to reimburse farmers and schools for costs of installing rollover protective structures on eligible tractors, with rules adopted under Chapter 119 of the Revised Code.

Eligible rollover protective structures must meet national or international standards (including Society of Automobile Engineers International standards) and have seat belts installed.

Reimbursement limited to 70% of installation costs, except the director may increase reimbursement beyond 70% if necessary to keep total farmer or school cost to no more than $500 per tractor.

Creates a rollover grant program fund in state treasury consisting of grants, gifts, devises, bequests, and appropriated money; director may spend no more than 20% of fund money on program promotion and administration.

Appropriates $200,000 from General Revenue Fund for fiscal year 2021 to support the grant program; section 901.61 repealed July 1, 2022.
