Adds prohibition on purposely purchasing, manufacturing, possessing for sale, selling, or furnishing high-capacity magazines to Section 2923.20 of the Revised Code.

Exempts law enforcement agencies for authorized use in police work and the federal government for military purposes from the high-capacity magazine prohibition.

Defines "high-capacity magazine" as an ammunition-feeding device with capacity to accept more than 100 rounds of ammunition.

Establishes violation of the high-capacity magazine prohibition as a misdemeanor of the first degree.

Repeals existing Section 2923.20 and replaces it with amended version containing new provisions.
