Amends section 149.43 of the Ohio Revised Code to add "designated public service worker residential and familial information" as an exempt category from public records disclosure.

Defines "designated public service worker" to include current or retired peace officers, parole officers, probation officers, bailiffs, prosecutors, correctional employees, firefighters, EMTs, judges, and similar public safety personnel.

Protects residential addresses, social security numbers, bank account information, medical information, family members' contact details, and other sensitive personal information of these workers and their families from public disclosure.

Excludes prosecuting attorneys and judges' residential addresses from protection, though their state or political subdivision of residence may still be disclosed.

Allows disclosure of protected information to journalists upon written request if they certify it serves the public interest.
