Adds "medical marijuana" to the definition of theft offenses in Ohio Revised Code Section 2913.01(K), establishing it as a category of property that can be stolen.

Establishes theft of medical marijuana as a felony of the fourth degree, or felony of the third degree if the offender previously convicted of a felony drug abuse offense (Section 2913.02(B)(6)).

Extends receiving stolen property offenses to include medical marijuana, classified as felony of the fourth degree for medical marijuana or dangerous drugs (Section 2913.51(C)).

Defines "medical marijuana" as marijuana cultivated, processed, dispensed, tested, possessed, or used for medical purposes in accordance with Ohio's medical marijuana control program (Section 3796.01(A)(2)).

Classifies medical marijuana as a Schedule II controlled substance for purposes of the medical marijuana chapter, notwithstanding other provisions of Ohio drug law (Section 3796.01(B)).
