Amends section 4123.68 of the Revised Code to add COVID-19 contracted by corrections officers as a presumed occupational disease under Ohio's Workers' Compensation Law.

Creates a rebuttable presumption that a corrections officer who contracts COVID-19 did so in the course of employment, unless contrary evidence is shown.

Defines "corrections officer" to include persons employed in public or private facilities for confinement of individuals charged with, convicted of, or alleged to be delinquent/unruly children under Ohio or federal law.

Applies all existing conditions, restrictions, limitations, and payment provisions for other occupational diseases to COVID-19 claims by corrections officers.

Declares the act an emergency measure effective immediately to address public health protection during the COVID-19 outbreak.
