Amends Ohio Revised Code section 4123.68 to classify COVID-19 contracted by peace officers, firefighters, or emergency medical workers as an occupational disease under workers' compensation law.

Creates a presumption that COVID-19 was contracted in the course of employment for these workers, which can only be refuted by competent evidence to the contrary.

Defines "peace officer" and "emergency medical worker" by reference to section 4123.026 of the Revised Code.

Applies existing conditions, restrictions, limitations, and provisions related to other occupational diseases to COVID-19 claims.

Declares the act an emergency measure to take immediate effect due to the public health necessity during COVID-19 outbreak.
