Enacts section 101.36 of the Revised Code to establish that only the Ohio General Assembly, by two-thirds majority vote in each house, may require all state residents to wear a face mask or covering.

Notwithstanding existing Ohio health code sections (3701.13, 3701.14, 3709.20, 3709.21, and 5502.22), prohibits any other entity or circumstance from requiring all residents to wear face masks or coverings.

Exempts occupations and professions that have existing requirements for employees to wear face masks or coverings as a condition of employment.
