Amends school district report cards to include two new performance metrics: percentage of students participating in career information opportunities and percentage completing career information courses.

Requires school districts to adopt policies advising students in grades 7-12 about career-technical education and skilled trades careers, with policies updated at least every two years and made publicly available.

Authorizes school districts to develop career information courses for grades 6-12 that can award up to one high school elective credit as a substitute for one unit of credit in core subjects.

Requires school boards to provide equal access and at least two annual in-person presentation opportunities for armed forces, skilled trades, higher education institutions, career-technical providers, and employers to present information to students in grades 9-12.

Adds a new "career-ready seal" as a state diploma seal option that students can earn by completing a career information course developed under the bill's provisions.
