Expands eligibility for the Program for Medically Handicapped Children from individuals under age 21 to individuals under age 26, effective July 1, 2021.

Amends the definition of "medically handicapped child" to include Ohio residents under age 26 (previously under age 21) who suffer from organic disease, defects, or congenital/acquired physically handicapping conditions that may hinder normal growth and development.

Requires the director of health to not specify age restrictions that exclude individuals less than 26 years of age when establishing medical and financial eligibility requirements for the program.

Updates diagnostic and treatment service provisions to extend to individuals under age 26 without charge and without regard to economic status of the individual or family.

Repeals existing sections 3701.021, 3701.022, and 3701.023 of the Revised Code and replaces them with amended versions reflecting the expanded age eligibility.
