Amends section 3599.20 of the Ohio Revised Code to add a new prohibition against intentionally intimidating, threatening, coercing, or attempting to intimidate, threaten, or coerce a person to interfere with their right to vote.

Maintains existing prohibitions against ballot secrecy violations, including inducing electors to reveal their ballots, marking ballots for identification, and interfering with voters in voting booths.

Establishes penalties with violations of subsections (1)-(4) classified as felonies of the fifth degree.

Establishes penalties with violations of subsections (5)-(10), including the new voter intimidation prohibition, classified as felonies of the fourth degree.

Repeals the existing section 3599.20 of the Revised Code and replaces it with the amended version.
