Allows images, videos, or footage from cameras installed on school buses to be used as corroborating evidence for violations of failing to stop for a school bus.

School bus operators must report suspected violations to law enforcement with the license plate number and vehicle description; information may be corroborated by camera footage if sufficiently clear.

Law enforcement agencies may use school bus camera images to determine the identity of vehicle operators at the time of alleged violations, with probable cause established if identity is confirmed.

If the operator's identity cannot be established from available evidence, law enforcement shall issue a warning to the vehicle owner rather than a citation.

Amends sections 4511.751 and 4511.76 of the Ohio Revised Code to authorize the use of school bus camera equipment for capturing violations of section 4511.75.
