Amends section 2953.61 of the Revised Code to allow sealing of records for charges dismissed through intervention in lieu of conviction when connected to an operating vehicle under the influence conviction.

Creates exception allowing courts to seal records for charges dismissed under intervention plan (section 2951.041) independent of the OVI conviction record under sections 4511.19 or 4511.194.

Requires at least one year to elapse between the charge dismissal through intervention completion and the sealing application.

Does not apply if the convicted person currently holds a commercial driver's license or commercial driver's license temporary instruction permit.

Applies retroactively to any record sealing application filed on or after the effective date, regardless of when the charges were originally dismissed.
