Increases maximum fine for failing to stop for a school bus from $500 to $1,000 under section 4511.75 of the Revised Code.

Changes driver license suspension for school bus violations from class seven to class six suspension under section 4510.02 of the Revised Code.

Requires each deputy registrar location to display a prominent printed card with a graphic instructing drivers to stop and yield to stopped school buses during loading or unloading.

Appropriates $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2020 for school bus camera grants to help school districts purchase and install external cameras on buses to record license plates of vehicles illegally passing stopped buses.

Requires the registrar of motor vehicles to create and distribute the school bus safety graphic to all deputy registrar locations.
