Identifies unwanted telephone calls as the most frequent consumer complaint received by the FCC nationwide, including automated telemarketing calls with recorded messages.

Notes that the Truth in Caller ID Act of 2009 prohibits transmitting misleading caller ID information with intent to defraud, but states more enforcement tools are needed.

Urges the FCC to educate the public on how to report illegal telephone calls using all available means, including social media and internet outreach.

Requires the Ohio House Clerk to transmit copies of this resolution to Congress members, the Ohio Congressional delegation, FCC leadership, and Ohio news media.
