Urges Congress and the U.S. Department of Agriculture to maintain states' flexibility in administering the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).

Notes that over 1.3 million Ohioans currently receive SNAP benefits at an average monthly issuance of $125.

Opposes proposed USDA administrative regulations that would impose stricter program eligibility standards and increase administrative burdens on states.

Warns that finalized regulations would constrain state flexibility and result in loss of SNAP benefits for currently eligible individuals.

Directs the House Clerk to transmit copies of the resolution to the USDA Secretary, Ohio's congressional delegation, and Ohio news media.
