Urges the United States Senate to pass H.R. 1585, the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2019, which expired on February 19, 2019.

Expands Services, Training, Officers, and Prosecutors (STOP) grants to include additional community resources and increases funding for youth violence prevention education programs.

Expands firearm restrictions to include individuals with misdemeanor convictions for domestic violence or stalking and dating partners, and allows transgender women to serve in prisons and access women's shelters.

Increases grants for combating violent crimes on college campuses and preserves housing protections and economic assistance for survivors of sexual assault or domestic violence.

Directs the Ohio House Clerk to transmit copies of the resolution to the President, U.S. Senate leadership, U.S. House leadership, Ohio Congressional delegation members, and Ohio news media.
