Notes that the Federal Communications Commission's Keep Americans Connected Pledge only encourages providers not to terminate service for 60 days due to inability to pay, which is insufficient.

Identifies that students, workers, and families depend on internet access for online learning, remote employment, communication, and pandemic information during the COVID-19 emergency.

Requires the House Clerk to transmit copies of the resolution to the President, Congress leadership, Ohio's Congressional delegation, and Ohio news media.
