Urges all Ohio citizens to observe the month with appropriate programs and activities to prevent child abuse and neglect

Emphasizes that preventing child abuse and neglect requires cooperation and involvement of government leaders, family members, educators, and faith-based and civic organizations

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit copies of the resolution to Ohio news media
