OH SB103

Amends section 1901.181 of the Revised Code to expand jurisdiction of the Housing Division of the Cleveland Municipal Court to review or appeal final orders of any administrative body relating to local building, housing, air pollution, sanitation, health, fire, zoning, or safety codes.

Grants the Cleveland Housing Division concurrent jurisdiction with the Court of Common Pleas in all criminal actions or proceedings related to pollution of the air, ground, or water within the municipal court's territory, excluding cases where a death sentence could be imposed.

Allows the Cleveland Housing Division to review administrative decisions "in the same manner and to the same extent as in similar appeals in the court of common pleas."

Maintains existing exclusive jurisdiction of housing and environmental divisions in municipal courts over civil and criminal actions enforcing local building, housing, health, fire, zoning, and safety codes.

Repeals the existing section 1901.181 of the Revised Code in its entirety.
