Changes the professional title of "registered veterinary technician" to "registered veterinary nurse" throughout Ohio Revised Code sections governing veterinary practice and related professions.

Updates affected code sections including those covering animal euthanasia, pharmacy licensing, veterinary medicine practice definitions, board composition and fees, and disciplinary actions.

Maintains all existing scope of practice, registration requirements, and professional credentials for affected individuals with no changes to their duties or qualifications.

Allows existing registrations valid at the effective date to continue in effect under the new title of "veterinary nurse."
