OH SB140

Exempts knives not used as weapons from Ohio's prohibition on carrying concealed weapons by defining "deadly weapon" or "weapon" to exclude any knife, razor, or cutting instrument not used as a weapon.

Eliminates the prohibition against manufacturing, possessing for sale, selling, or furnishing brass knuckles, cestus, billy, blackjack, sandbag, switchblade knife, springblade knife, gravity knife, or similar weapons.

Removes section 2923.20(A)(6) which previously prohibited the manufacture and sale of specified weapons other than firearms or dangerous ordnance.

Amends sections 2923.12, 2923.18, and 2923.20 of the Ohio Revised Code to implement these changes to weapons and concealed carry laws.
